  1. Be kind to the idiots in your life for in their life you are the idiot – Loretta Laroche

This happened to me the other day, while picking up a couple items at the local grocery store; I decided to pick up some stuffing mix. It was on sale or so the tag said for $.99 a bargain. I picked up 3 boxes of chicken stuffing and one box of Turkey (not sure why I decided to mix it up). Because I was in a hurry I went through self-serve express checkout. The price came up as $1.40 for the Turkey, I tried several times before calling for assistance, and she said “the Turkey wasn't on sale”. I thought I read Turkey was $.99 too but gave in and said "ok reverse the turkey and I'll just take the chicken". Well the Chicken stuffing came in at $1.40. I was upset and called her again, this time she informed me I got the wrong packages the "low sodium" wasn't on sale. I was really upset now; I went back to the aisle hoping to prove her wrong. I did notice the "Low Sodium" wasn't on sale and that they were sold out of the normal chicken, figures. I did see a sign that said Turkey $.99 and there was plenty of normal Turkey so I picked up 4 boxes and tried it again. Again it came up $1.40 and again I called her this time I was really upset , I saw the sign I was right, she sent someone to investigate and I said “I know what I saw!” with that tone too. A boy came back and said “no it wasn't on sale”. Furious I went to the aisle and proceeded to grab the sign that's when I noticed it was for a different brand of stuffing. Needless to say the walk back to the checkout I felt deflated and more upset with myself for up to this time she was the idiot in my life and now I was the idiot in hers.
